What we do

The tools behind a territory sale

Newer franchise brands are often strong on the concept and short on systems. Tier 1 FSO builds those systems for you and keeps them in one login.

Mapping

National territory maps

Every territory in the country drawn to your franchise agreement's rules, with population, households and business counts, and a status for each: open, pending or awarded.

Start-up costs

Build-out and opening budget

Your Item 7 investment range turned into a line-by-line opening budget a candidate can follow, from franchise fee to working capital.

Break-even

Break-even and growth planner

Operating costs, ramp-up and multi-unit growth for owners and your development team. Prospect-facing figures stay locked to your Item 19.

Your portal

Branded for your company

Your logo, colors and data in a private login for your team, with sales packets and territory packages ready to send.

The sales cycle

How a candidate becomes a franchisee

Every deal follows the same path, and the federal Franchise Rule sets part of the pace.

  1. Inquiry

A candidate responds to a campaign or portal listing and gets a same-day call.

  2. Qualify

Finances, timeline, location and goals confirmed. Candidates who don't fit are released early and politely.

  3. FDD delivered

The Franchise Disclosure Document goes out with a signed receipt. FTC rule: at least 14 calendar days before any agreement is signed or money is paid.

  4. Review and validation

We walk the candidate through the investment, the territory, and calls with existing owners.

  5. Discovery Day

The candidate meets your leadership team, in person or virtually, with an itinerary we prepare.

  6. Award

You approve the candidate, the franchise agreement is signed, and the territory is marked awarded.

Why "Tier 1"

We sell the best markets first

Territories aren't equal. We rank each market before a campaign starts, so budget and effort go where a new owner has the strongest chance of success.

Tier 1

Priority markets

The strongest population and demographic fit for your concept. Campaigns start here.

Tier 2

Growth markets

Solid markets that open up as Tier 1 fills or as candidates ask for them.
